All meetings are open to the public and we encourage potential new members to join us. Meetings are held the third Thursday of every month at 7:30 pm except December.
We usually have pizza and drinks available for a donation in case you don’t have time to get dinner before the meeting. And bring a project or new RC related item to share during the ‘Show and Tell’ segment – we always love to see what people are building, buying, and flying in the hobby!

Parking and entrance is located in the back, on the other side of the building from University Drive. Enter through the back entrance on the left side of the fire truck doors and head up to the 3rd floor (elevator available).
This is the front of the firehouse from University Drive – only fire trucks go in and out of this side.
Here’s the back of the firehouse – the entry door for our meetings is under the big number 3 on the left side of the fire truck doors. Go up the stairs or elevator to the 3rd floor meeting room.

OUTDOOR SPRING AND SUMMER MEETINGS ARE HELD AT:

As long as the weather is nice in the summer, monthly meetings from May through August will be held at Poplar Ford Field. These gatherings start with a cookout around 6:30, some meeting discussion around 7:30, and flying until the end of civil twilight at 30 minutes past sundown.
