5 February 2022 Newport News RC Club Swap Meet and its a go. Reservations are now being taken so please reserve early. 84 tables available and if previous years show, they sell fast. Our last impromptu swap meet at the field earlier this year was very successful and this one looks to be no different. Flyer for the event is attached so spread it around and spread the word.
Reservations are being taken now but no money will be paid till the day the event. Please, no exceptions. Please remember to keep your confirmation email when you reserve your table. Our intent is to keep all money transactions limited to the day of the event in case local regulations make us cancel. Fingers crossed this doesn’t happen. Reservations can be done by either replying to this email or the email listed on the flyer. We will be raffling off a Spectrum NX10 Radio. Hope to see you there.
